We want you to be completely enamored with your Charlotte Mills shoes, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all unworn bridal footwear and accessories. Please ensure items are tried on a carpeted surface to protect the signature embossed soles until you are certain of your purchase.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unworn items back in their original luxury packaging, including the dust bag and any complimentary accessories, ensuring the shoe box is protected by an outer mailing bag.

  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at your nearest designated courier point.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our boutique team receives and inspects your return to confirm the soles are pristine, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
